Ingredients:
1 1/2 packs of philladelphia cream cheese
2 shallots (chopped)
1/2 capsicum (red preferably)
3 slices of ham (chopped)
2 tablespoons of Gherkin Relish
dash of Worcestershire Sauce
1/2 cup grated cheese.
Method:
Mix together & you can roll in Paprika if you like but I didn't have any this morning.
An amazing dip! I made 2 for xmas and both demolished in minutes. :)
